Tina, Aesthetics RN

Registered Nurse and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector

I’m Tina, a dedicated Registered Nurse since 2010 with a rich background in various nursing specialties. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Nursing from the University of Minnesota. A true Minnesotan, I was born and raised here, and I treasure the deep connections I have with my family, including my husband whom I met at the U of M, our three lively boys, and our beloved dog.

Throughout my nursing career, I have embraced roles in Emergency, Medical-Surgical, ICU, and primarily Pediatrics, where I honed my technical skills, particularly in vascular access. My transition into Aesthetics four years ago was driven by my passion for hands-on procedures, making me adept at administering a range of treatments including injections with neurotoxins, fillers, and bio-stimulant products, as well as performing micro-needling.

Before joining Minnesota Vitality and Anti-Aging Clinic, I worked closely with a Plastic Surgeon, enhancing my expertise in aesthetic injections. I am excited to bring my skills and passion for patient care to MNVAAC, and I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness and aesthetic goals.

Thank you for choosing us for your care!

Marni, Aesthetic RN

Registered Nurse and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Hello! My name is Marni and I am a registered nurse and certified aesthetic nurse injector at Minnesota Vitality and Anti-Aging Center.

Patient connection was the driving force that pushed me to pursue the nursing profession, and I love the sincere and meaningful relationships I build with my patients. I consider myself a partner and coach with my patients, and I recognize that solid trust built on a foundation of thorough and thoughtful education is at the core of a strong partnership. I am dedicated to ensuring that this is what my practice revolves around.

Patient safety is also at the forefront of my nursing practice. My almost ten years of experience in critical care and surgery have provided invaluable knowledge and skills to lay a foundation to make a true impact on the standard of care and high level of safety my patients receive. As aesthetic medicine is a constantly evolving field, I am committed to staying up to date on the latest techniques of aesthetic rejuvenation.

I love aesthetics because it is the perfect balance of medicine and artistry, and allows me to fulfill my creative side while still using my clinical judgment. I love that this field allows me to work in an environment that inspires positivity, and provides opportunities to partner with my patients and use treatments to skillfully enhance their natural beauty.

We are all different and each face is unique. I am a thoughtful perfectionist and consider it my responsibility to use an individualist approach by developing a customized strategy to thoughtfully guide you to the treatments and products that are the very best for you, ultimately achieving improvement in skin health and aesthetics in an organic way. My goal is to faithfully walk alongside you in your quest for enhanced self-confidence as a practitioner you can trust and am dedicated to highlighting the beauty that is already there.

I feel so fortunate to be a part of a team of providers who share my values and invest in the whole patient and their experience, and I am honored to have a role in our patients’ journey to realizing the very best version of themselves.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me spending time with my babies and husband, reading, and enjoying photography. I hope to meet you and hear your story!

Aimee Neumann, RN, MSN, CNP, IFMCP

Certified Nurse Practitioner

I have been a certified nurse practitioner since 2007. Working in healthcare has been my calling since high school. I received a bachelor’s degree in human biology from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay and my MSN from Vanderbilt University.

I discovered my true passion in 2012 when at the age of 28 I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer. This spurred my love for nutrition, clean living, wellness, and functional medicine. I have struggled with my own health issues since my cancer treatment (gut problems, thyroid issues, adrenal and hormone problems), and because of functional medicine my health and quality of life have drastically improved.

I have since pursued a post-master’s certificate in holistic health studies and am a certified functional medicine provider through the Institute for Functional Medicine.

I am so passionate about digging deeper and working to discover the root causes of dysfunction in our bodies and I love to educate my patients. Clinically I am very interested in helping people with hormone problems, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), fertility optimization, and gut health.

I embrace all modalities of healing and believe that true healing often comes from a blend of work in physical, emotional, and energetic levels. In addition to being an NP I am also a master Reiki practitioner.

In my personal life, I am an amateur ballroom dancer. I love hot yoga, traveling, hiking, reading, and music, plus I’m a podcast junkie and biohacker. I live in Minneapolis with my long-time boyfriend and our two dogs.

Tara Woodland, RN, MSN-FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner

I have been a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2009. After practicing for five years, I looked for more tools when caring for patients, and that is where I found my passion and interest in Functional Medicine.

For a decade, I immersed myself in education within holistic health, and saw an entire world open in front of me. My clinical backdrop has afforded me the breadth and depth of knowledge; when you partner with each individual taking the time to understand the root cause, the options for healing are incredible, which also supports empowerment. I believe the patient/provider relationship is a powerful tool in the health journey. It’s such an honor to develop meaningful connections with my patients.

In early 2021, I got back to my passion for supporting people, but this time would be different. I completed the Institute for Functional Medicine Program in 2022 to obtain formal training beyond what I already knew. I’m so excited about this next chapter of serving families as a functional medicine practitioner!

In my personal life, I am married to my high school sweetheart. We live in rural Wisconsin and I love staying busy with gardening, baking, and cooking. My husband and I also have 3 children and I homeschool them. I love spending time at our cabin in the summer and fitness/nutrition is a large part of my life.
